SAW-DVI型机是本公司新推出的新型非接触式电容储能螺柱焊机，它采用了传统接触式焊接技术和先进的非接触式焊接技术并行的工作方式，有充电速度快、焊接飞溅小、薄板反面痕迹小等突出优势。本焊机还采用了焊接微处理技术，对焊接时序、储能电容释放能量大小进行了控制，并且对工作状态进行了必要的监控。SAW-DVI型机可在低碳钢、不锈钢、铝和铜等金属板材上直接焊植相应的螺钉，最大焊接厚度可达10mm。具有操作简单、使用方便、焊接牢固不变形等特点。可广泛应用于汽车制造、航空、造船、五金加工、装饰、建筑、电梯制造、厨房设备、锅炉制造、板金、高低压开关板、配电箱、保温隔热等各种行业。
